At Docwyze, we are committed to patient care. That is why booking through the site is always free. You will never be charged a fee by Docwyze or our participating providers for finding and booking an appointment. To protect your security, please note that Docwyze will never ask for your credit card or payment information over the phone or via email.
To ensure a safe and reliable place for everyone, we ask all members of our community to adhere to our community guidelines.

Guidelines for Patients
We strive to maintain a respectful environment for patients, providers, and staff alike. Please be mindful that failure to follow these standards may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
Safety & Respect
Treat everyone with kindness: We have a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, harassment, profanity, or threats directed at providers, office staff, or Docwyze representatives.
Inclusivity: Use respectful language. Any form of discriminatory, derogatory, or racist speech is strictly prohibited.
Accuracy & Reliability
Keep info current: Ensure your insurance and personal details are accurate when booking or completing paperwork.
Honest Feedback: We value your voice! Please submit reviews that are fair, honest, and reflect your genuine experience.
Respect Appointment Slots: Only book appointments you intend to keep. This ensures that available times remain open for others in need of care.
Your Obligations
Attendance: Please make every effort to attend your confirmed appointments. If your plans change, contact the provider as early as possible. Frequent "no-shows" or last-minute cancellations may result in limited access to our services.
Punctuality: Arriving on time helps the office stay on schedule. If you’re running late, please call the office; keep in mind that they may need to reschedule your visit.
Lawful Conduct: Use of the platform for unlawful drug-seeking behavior is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
Guidelines for Providers
Delivering an exceptional patient experience requires a strong partnership. These guidelines outline the professional conduct we expect from all participating providers.
Professionalism & Safety
Mutual Respect: Treat patients and Docwyze representatives with professionalism. Harassment or discriminatory behavior of any kind is not permitted.
Review Integrity: Never penalize or discourage patients for leaving critical or negative reviews. Transparency is vital to our marketplace.
Clinical & Ethical Standards
Ethics First: Adhere to all professional and ethical guidelines, such as the AMA’s Principles of Medical Ethics. Always prioritize the patient's best interest over financial gain.
Data Security: Maintain strict HIPAA compliance to safeguard patient health information.
Registration: Ensure your registration number with the Dental Council of India remains valid and unrestricted in all states where you practice. Notify Docwyze immediately of any changes to your status.
Operational Accuracy
Honoring Appointments: Patients expect to see the provider they selected at the time and location confirmed. Please maintain accurate, real-time availability to prevent avoidable cancellations.
Record Keeping: Keep your Docwyze dashboard updated by confirming appointments and accurately marking cancellations or no-shows.
Fair Business Practices
No Hidden Fees: Do not charge "Docwyze-only" fees or pass marketplace costs on to the patient.
Platform Integrity: Keep the booking process on Docwyze. Do not redirect patients to book off-site or encourage them to cancel Docwyze appointments to avoid fees.
Accurate Representation: Do not present yourself as a representative of Docwyze or use our intellectual property without prior consent.
Content & Reviews
Authentic Feedback: Do not solicit reviews from individuals with a conflict of interest (staff, family, or incentivized reviewers).
Profile Transparency: Maintain an honest, up-to-date profile including your professional statement and accepted insurance plans.
